The process of knowledge management in the achievement of university student competences

Abstract

Knowledge management proved new improvements and follow-up, acquired an expressive importance as an alteration factor, stimulated innovation and above all provoked improvements in decision making by creating new knowledge. The objective was to determine the influence of the knowledge management process and the achievement of didactic competencies in students of the National University of Cañete-2021, the study was of quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive-correlational level, the sample was of 90 students of the School of Tourism and Hotel Management where the questionnaire instrument was applied. It was obtained as a result that there is an influence on the knowledge management process and the achievement of didactic competences of university students, with a statistically significant correlation of 0.920. It is concluded that the knowledge management process is determined in 84.6 % with the achievement of didactic competences in the students of the tourism and hotel management career of the National University of Cañete.
